OUR PROGRAMS
CROSS TRAINING
Cross Training is a strength and conditioning program which primarily consists of a mix of aerobic exercise, calisthenics (body weight exercises), and Olympic style weightlifting using compound movements.
We will work with you no matter what your current skill level is and help you to master the correct form for each movement and exercise. Think of Cross Training as a series of functional movements performed at a high intensity with a goal of steadily progressing with every workout.
Members can track individual progress and even compete in a friendly manner with other members to help motivate them to reach their goals.
YOGA
Yoga is an ancient practice which focuses on harmonizing the development of the body, mind, and spirit. By committing to the long term practice of yoga, students will be lead down a path to a feeling of tranquility and well-being, along with a sense of being at one with their environment.
Regularly practicing the art of yoga makes the body both strong and flexible, it also provides the benefits of improving your respiratory, circulatory, digestive, and hormonal systems.
Yoga helps create emotional stability and a tranquil state of mind.
BOOT CAMP
Our Boot camp provides a social support system for members taking part. This creates a different type of environment for members who get bored in a typical gym setting and find it challenging to develop proper exercise habits. Members of our Boot Camp are able to make friends and socialize as they exercise.
Boot Camp style training focuses on Intense full-body cardiovascular and strength workouts designed to both burn fat and build muscle in a relaxed social atmosphere.

KIDS CLASSES
Fun and entertaining workouts for the kids that allows them to unleash their pent up energy while learning the basic of gymnastics, weightlifting and core fitness.
Kids will be taught proper form and function for both athletic movements and practical movements used in every day life. Health and Fun make up the core of every class. We teach kids to appreciate fitness and health regardless of their physical abilities
Getting children involved in fitness at an early age has a number of positive benefits including increased focus, agility, dexterity, strength and all-around better health.
